Hi friend, I wanted to remind you of something this week: You’re allowed to enjoy the good stuff. Even if you’re worried it won’t last. When the world feels heavy, and when you’ve gotten used to things going wrong, it can be surprisingly hard to enjoy it when things are going right. Maybe you finally feel good after a difficult stretch. Maybe something worked out the way you hoped. Maybe you’re having one of those rare days when you feel lighter, happier, or more at peace. But maybe you also have a little voice in the back of your mind wondering,
Suddenly, instead of enjoying the moment you’re in, you’re bracing yourself for the next hard thing. Sound familiar? And yes, your anxiety might come back. Life might get difficult again. You might have another hard day. But none of that means you have to spend TODAY worrying about it. If you're in a good moment, let yourself be in the goodness of it. Swim in it! Soak it up. Laugh a little louder. Enjoy that deep breath of relief. Let yourself feel happy without needing to prepare for the possibility that you won't feel this way forever. You don't have to earn these moments by surviving enough hard ones. And you don't have to apologize for enjoying them. You deserve the good moments, too. And if you're having a good moment right now? I'm smiling with you. Coach Jose 💛

Hi friend, Cancelling plans one time doesn't automatically make you a bad friend. If your brain is telling you the oposite, that's called black and white thinking, and it's something you can work on!Also, if you're constantly canceling on people, that’s something to pay attention to as well. But one moment? One decision?Don't turn that into a whole story about who you are! Tell your brain to quiet down. Remind it that you can look at your behavior without judging yourself for it. Have a great...
Hi friend, I took a day off recently. Like actually took the day off. i didn't see any clients. I went on a hike. It was so nice! I remembered how much I love a good hike. How good it feels to be outside, moving my body, breathing fresh air, and remembering that there’s a whole world happening beyond my inbox and to-do list. I also remembered how lucky I am to live near such beautiful trails. Sometimes the things that help us come back to ourselves are right there waiting for us. If you're in...
Hi friend, We all have areas of growth and shit to work on. It’s easy to see someone else’s shit and think, Damn, they really need to work on that. And maybe they do. But here’s the thing: it’s not just them. It’s not just you. It’s ALL of us. Every single person you know has something they’re working through. Some people are aware of it. Some people aren’t there yet. Some people are actively working on themselves, and some people are avoiding their shit like it’s their full-time job. 😂 But...
